We collect only the information needed to run the agency, qualify outreach, and respond to inquiries. The three places it lands are listed below.

Contact form submissions

When you submit the strategy-call inquiry form on this site, we collect your name, studio name, game title, launch timeline, work email, and project summary. Submissions are stored in the lead tracker and used to reply on strategy-call scheduling. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.

Cold email outreach list

For studios we proactively reach out to, we keep an outreach tracker entry containing studio name, contact name, channel (email, LinkedIn, X, etc.), email address, and draft subject line. This drives the agency's outreach cadence and follow-ups.

Email engagement signals

For outreach, we log when an email is sent, when a reply is received, and when a contact opts out. These signals are kept on the lead tracker / outreach tracker and used to keep the cadence honest — nothing leaves our internal system.

The data above is used solely to respond to inbound inquiries, qualify outbound outreach, and send the strategy-call reply when an engagement is requested.

We do not sell, rent, or trade contact data with third parties. We do not run third-party advertising, retargeting pixels, or audience-sharing integrations. We do not enrich your record with external data brokers.

Every outreach email contains an unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes you from the active outreach cadence — replies are honored within 30 days. If an outreach email reaches you without an unsubscribe link, reply with the word "unsubscribe" and we will process your removal within 30 days.

Written removal requests — including requests to delete any lead-tracker row tied to your email — are honored within 30 days. Send your request to hello@bournmedia.com from the address you want removed.
